This project has been rewarding for both Luxury Outdoor Living and our customer. It has expanded as we continue to deliver beyond their expectations.
What began as a straight forward retaining wall project turned into a paver patio with a firepit and a slate patio attached to the home with paver columns.
Retaining Wall
Like most of our retaining wall implementations, this wall too was multi-purpose. It's primary function was to create a boundary and in doing so deliver a larger functional space at it's base.
Additionally however, the wall also creates a fantastic visual display of dimension and symmetry to a space that was previously a dull rolling transitional space leading to neighboring yards.
Today, the wall forces our attention and focus on the customer's new highly functional living space with a delightful firepit set within a paver patio shaped consistently with the general theme and lines of the overall landscape.
PaTio
Upon seeing our initial work take shape with the implementation of the retaining wall, our customer requested a raised patio attached to the home topped with slate and adorned with paver columns. As you can see from the pictures, this will add incredible appeal to the homes outdoor living area.
